partner coaching

As a coach in the field of sexuality and intimacy I can also guide partnered sessions to help (re)connect with each other on the level of sexuality and intimacy. Just like individual sessions, I do this through conversation, but also by offering exercises to invite you to explore this part of yourself and each other more deeply.

how I work

queer friendly.

I identify as a queer woman (she/her) and want to offer a safe space for queer (minded) people.

the language you prefer.

I speak fluent English and Dutch. I can guide you in your preferred language.

transparancy.

If I feel there are subjects I am not capable or comfortable coaching you on, I will guide you in the right direction. I'll make sure to keep this conversation as open as possible for the both of us.

location.

I am based both in Utrecht, but also can offer partner sessions online.

In Utrecht I share a space with other colleagues from Praktijk Luisterrijk. I can offer sessions on most Fridays.

what’s included

dot on the horizon

All the coaching sessions I give start with an intake session during which we formulate the question, challenge or focus of the sessions that follow. See it as your dot on the horizon that will help you get to where you want to be.

homework

After each session you’ll receive tailored homework for you to work on before the next scheduled session. The homework is there to keep the fire burning even if there’s some time between the sessions. Expect everything from journaling exercises to mediation exercises.
